Sliding Scale Nutrition has the following appointment policies. Please read carefully.

• Cancellations and re-schedules accepted up to 24 hours before an appointment. Cancellations and re-schedules less than 24 hours before an appointment will be charged an appointment fee.
• Payment must be received no more than seven days after your appointment. If payments are received more than seven days after your appointment an additional fee will be requested.
• Clients read and sign agreement forms before their first appointment.
• A mutual respect for each other’s time is expected. I will do my best to be on time for all appointments and finish appointments in the time we allot for them. Please, also, do your best to be on time for our appointment. If our appointment starts late, it will still end at the time we have scheduled for it to end.
